- Using fingertips, melt and apply a light veil nightly. Extreme climate change or multiple air miles, apply all over face and neck prior to climate change and 2 days afterwards. For allergies simply take a clean cloth, soak it in cold water, and apply to closed itchy eyes and nose repeating twice. Next apply Eye & Lip Hydra-Seal to closed eye, around nose and slightly inside nose to block pollen for relief.
