Use dry to smudge eye area for definition. Makes lashes look more dense. Use on both upper and lower lash line. .07 oz. Wet and load the smudger tip of the Eye Definer / Smudger brush, making a thick paste type texture and simply push upward and wiggle 4-IN-1 Eyes & Lashes from UNDER the top lash line, to build the base and fill in any hint of bare, pink skin.
