When mixed with Buffing Powder, this feather-light, velvety powder transforms to match every skintone, creating an adjustable, season-to-season custom mix color. When used in Custom Mix Powder it sets Creme Foundation, Liquid Tint, Neutralizers and Contours. For VERY fair skintones use alone.
