STEP 6 CAKE EYELINER Using Precision Angle Eyeliner brush, dampen brush with water and roll into Cake Eye Liner until brush is loaded. Place tip of brush at base of lashes and draw on liner as if using a pencil. Apply starting with the inner eye lashes and extending to outer lashes. To make lashes appear thicker, gently apply a thin line on inner rim close to lashes.
STEP 7 EYE DEFINING PENCIL Make sure pencil is sharp. Using sharp tip of the Eye Defining Pencil, apply color to make a 1/4” wedge to the outer edge of the upper eye lid. This will result in the appearance of a lifted effect. Blend inward, as shown, toward the iris with the tip of the Eye Blender Sponge. Next, apply color in the pink inner rim of the lower eye lid directly above the lower eye lashes.
STEP 8 EYE SHADOW SETTING Using Eye Shadow Definer brush, load tip of brush and apply eye pigment over Eye Defining Pencil and Cake Eye Liner to set. Apply on upper and lower lids. When applying shadow underneath the eye ridge and into the lashes, slightly slide the brush back and forth to ensure proper application.
STEP 9 MASCARA Hold applicator brush horizontally and slightly jiggle from side to side in an upward motion at the base of the lash line. To apply to lower lashes, hold applicator brush horizontally and gently tip the ends of the lower lashes.
