STEP 1
BASE
Using Chiseled Shadow Blender brush, load both sides of brush heavily with color and blend over entire upper eye lid to set Eye Perma Stay, as shown in illustration. |

STEP 2
CONTOURING
Using Duo Chiseled Blender/Contour brush (angled end), form an outer angle shape to lift the eye. Follow the natural curvature of the bone to contour. Apply contouring shadow pigment at crease or over excess skin, as shown. This will create the appearance of depth to the eye. For a more natural look, choose lighter brown colors. Flip Duo brush to rounded end, and without any color applied to the brush, smooth over any rough edges using a windshield wiper motion. |

STEP 3
LID HIGHLIGHTING
Using Duo Chiseled Blender/Contour brush (rounded end) or Eye Blender Sponge (for opaque coverage), pat lid highlighting eye shadow onto center of eye lid to give the appearance of a fuller eye lid. |

STEP 4
UNDER BROW HIGHLIGHTING
Using Duo Chiseled Blender/Contour brush (rounded end), apply under brow highlighting shadow directly under the brow to highlight, soften, add lift and balance to the eye area.

STEP 5
DIFFUSION
Using Chiseled Shadow Blender brush, blend eye shadow over upper eye lid to diffuse and smooth color application (only if necessary).
